Description

The City of Nanaimo is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Builders to design, supply, and install ball stop netting systems at the McGirr Sports Fields. The systems are intended to prevent baseballs from leaving the playing fields and entering adjacent roadways and residential properties. Submissions must be made through the City of Nanaimo Bids&Tenders website, and proponents are responsible for monitoring that site for questions, answers, and addenda through the closing date. The procurement is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
