The portfolio includes approximately 61 commercial leaseholds across restaurant, retail, and office uses, with approximately $2,580,000 in average annual gross revenue. Services include marketing strategy and outreach, market analysis, vacancy reporting, lease negotiations and transaction management, and financial management and revenue monitoring. The selected firm will enter an initial three-year agreement with an option to extend; proposals are submitted electronically through the City’s OpenGov procurement portal.
