The Floyd E. “Tut” Fann State Veterans Home in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking one replacement 200-gallon commercial hot water storage tank and installation. - Government buyer: Floyd E. “Tut” Fann State Veterans Home, an Alabama state veterans home in Huntsville, Madison County. - OEM: Lochinvar — the requested tank is a Lochinvar RJA200. - Product requested: One 200-gallon, vertical, round-jacketed hot water storage tank, part number RJA200. - Must be ASME certified and “HLW” stamped, glass-lined, and rated for 125 working pressure. - Must include a Lock-Temp baffle, magnesium anode, temperature and pressure gauge, and 125 psi temperature and pressure relief valve. - A five-year limited warranty is required. - Installation service: Provide all parts and labor; connect the new tank to the existing incoming and outgoing 2-inch copper lines using copper and press fittings; remove and haul away the existing tank.

Replace the existing 200-gallon Lochinvar hot water holding tank with a new ASME state-certified tank meeting the listed specifications.
