Description

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Waste Resources, seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct an Environmental Site Investigation and prepare a Site Investigation Report for the Cathedral City Landfill. The work must comply with Regional Water Quality Control Board – Colorado River Basin Technical Reporting Order R7-2025-0020-01. The selected consultant is expected to review the Technical Order and applicable historical technical documents, including past Solid Waste Assessment Test reports. The City of Cathedral City and Palm Springs Cemetery District are collaborating parties.
