Description

Clearwater County is inviting prospective proponents to submit a non-binding proposal for the drop installation scope of its Fibre to the Home (FTTH) network, as described in Section C.1 of Appendix C – Scope of Work. Proposals must be submitted by email; hard-copy submissions are not accepted. The contract period is January 4, 2027 through December 15, 2028. The successful proponent must provide a performance bond and a labour and materials bond, each for 50% of the applicable estimated price.
