Description
The Hawaii Tourism Authority seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive statewide sports tourism study. The study will provide data-driven insights into the economic benefits and public costs associated with sporting events to inform state policy and investment decisions. It will serve as a strategic roadmap for sporting events and opportunities the state should pursue. The consultant must compile the data, findings, and recommended legislation into a final report for HTA no later than March 31, 2027; proposals must be submitted electronically through HIePRO.
