Description
Sound Transit is requesting proposals from firms to provide debt financial advisory services for the issuance and ongoing management of the agency’s debt obligations. Services include advising on proposed capital project financing and developing solutions to Sound Transit’s funding requirements to achieve advantageous financing terms. The full scope of work is identified as Exhibit B, Scope of Work in the RFP. The contract term is three years, with up to three additional one-year extensions at Sound Transit’s sole discretion.
