Description
Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. filed a proposed amendment to Rule 11.30 concerning trading resumption after a Level 3 market-wide circuit breaker halt. The change would specify that trading in all stocks on the Exchange remains halted until 4:00 a.m. ET or later on the following trading day, including after the introduction of overnight trading under the industry’s planned 23-hours-per-day, five-days-per-week schedule. The filing states that the change is intended to preserve the existing resumption time and maintain a cooling-off period and coordinated market rules. The Exchange says it does not intend to implement 23/5 Trading at this time.
