Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce determines that chromium trioxide from the Republic of Türkiye is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The determination covers chromium trioxide in dry or solution form and certain qualifying blends and third-country processed products. Commerce continues suspension of liquidation and establishes estimated weighted-average dumping margins, including a 40.88 percent rate for all other producers and exporters.
