Description

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission gives notice that the existing licensee for the 224-kilowatt Shingle Creek Hydroelectric Project in Idaho County, Idaho, did not file a timely notice of intent to seek a subsequent license. Interested parties other than the existing licensee may file notices of intent, pre-application documents, and requests to use an alternative licensing process within 120 days of the notice. Any subsequent license application must be filed by August 31, 2029. The current license expires on August 31, 2031.
