Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend Rule 13.8(d) and related provisions to discontinue its Last Sale market data feed. The proposal also removes fees associated with that feed from the exchange’s fee schedule and eliminates a reference to a complimentary Last Sale Feed offering. The exchange states that the execution information remains available through its EDGX Top and EDGX Depth feeds, and that it will announce the specific sunset date by Exchange Notice within 90 days after filing. The notice invites comments on the proposed rule change.
