The amendment corrects a typographical error in the identification of one asserted patent, changing it to U.S. Patent No. 12,473,087. The investigation concerns allegations under section 337 relating to certain electric aircraft, power systems for electric aircraft, and components thereof, involving Joby Aero, Inc. and Joby Aviation, Inc.
