Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a request to extend approval of the information collection requirements in Rule 17a-19 and Form X-17A-19. The rule requires national securities exchanges and registered national securities associations to file the form with the Commission and SIPC within five business days of a member’s initiation, suspension, or termination. It also requires notification to a member when its membership interest is terminated about the obligation to file financial reports.
