Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that producers/exporters covered by the administrative review made sales of certain steel nails from the Republic of Korea at less than normal value during the July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025 period of review. Commerce is rescinding the review for three companies because there were no reviewable, suspended entries of their subject merchandise during that period. The notice provides preliminary dumping margins and invites interested parties to comment on the results.
