Description

The Town of Flower Mound is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering and Locating Services for various projects. Utility investigations must meet Quality Levels A and/or B under CI/ASCE 38, and the consultant must employ Professional Engineers able to stamp plans when applicable. Selected firms will be placed on an approved firms list for two years and may be asked to submit project proposals for Town approval. The scope includes multiple service categories; Addendum No. 2 clarifies that pavement removal and replacement is limited to restoration of pavement disturbed by SUE activities.
