Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation’s Public-Private Partnership (P3) Division is seeking consultants to provide independent cost estimating for its Alternative Delivery programs and projects. For major P3, design-build, and CM/GC projects, work may include bottom-up cost estimates and construction schedules, quantity take-offs, cost and risk evaluation, constructability and value engineering support, estimate reconciliation, and commercial negotiation support.
