The U.S. Army is seeking a JCB telehandler forklift for use at Fort Drum, with a Hyster forklift trade-in required. - Buyer: U.S. Army, W6QM MICC–Fort Drum, Mission Installation Contracting Command, 419th Contracting Support Brigade. - Primary OEM: JCB — the requested 512-56 11K telehandler forklift. Hyster is also named as the OEM of the forklift required for trade-in. - Requested equipment: One JCB 512-56 11K telehandler forklift; the notice does not specify a purchase quantity or part number. - Fully enclosed cab with air conditioning and heat, foam-filled tires, and hydraulic fork adjustment controlled from inside the cab. - Minimum 35-foot fully extended and lifted height; rough-terrain four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering. - Maximum length of 30 feet without forks and without extension. - Hydraulic fork tilt and side shift are required, unless individually hydraulically controlled forks make side shift unnecessary. - Headlights, taillights, front and rear work lights, flashers, and a backup camera with alarm. - Trade-in: One Hyster 120 forklift with 727 operating hours. - The amendment corrects the set-aside designation to a total small business set-aside; equipment and trade-in requirements remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0001 TO CORRECT SET ASIDE CODE TO TOTALE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE - JCB 512-56 11K Telehander forklift with full enclosed cab with ac/heat, foam filled tires ,and hydraulic adjustable forks that can be controlled inside the cab , Max height not to be under 35ft, fully extended and fully lifted, rough terrain 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steer piece, Length not to exceed 30without forks and not extended, Forks need to have hydraulic controlled tilt and side shift if each fork is able to be hydraulic controlled individually then side shift will not be needed, Needs to have working headlights, taillights, front and rear work lights, and flashers, Needs back up camera with alarm.
