Description

Ulster County is seeking a qualified contractor to retube Boiler No. 3 and replace the heat exchanger tube bundle, associated valves, and controls in Vanderlyn Hall at SUNY Ulster. The work is to be completed in accordance with the solicitation specifications. The contract period is January 1, 2027 through April 30, 2027, or until the scope is successfully completed and accepted by SUNY Ulster, whichever occurs first. Bids are due November 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM; a pre-bid site visit is referenced in Section 36.0.
