Hydro-Québec is seeking qualified suppliers for the design-build reconstruction of the Mitis and Mistigougèche dams in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec. This qualification process is the first step toward selecting a design-builder; only qualified suppliers may participate in the subsequent call for proposals. Qualification files must meet the stated legal and contractual requirements and pass the commercial and technical evaluation at the minimum passing score.
