NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is seeking repairs for NAVSCOLEOD’s John Deere 544E 10K forklift. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville; end user: NAVSCOLEOD. Government contact named in the attachment: Yaynel Yambo. - OEM: John Deere is the forklift manufacturer, and the repair work must use John Deere OEM parts. No repair contractor or other vendor is named. - Equipment: One John Deere 544E 10K forklift, serial number DW544ER532805. - Requested services: Diagnose and repair the engine and cooling system, including authorized engine repair or replacement as needed. Follow John Deere manuals TM1413 and TM1414, applicable OEM specifications, and accepted commercial maintenance practices. Return the forklift operational, with testing and repair documentation, and applicable parts and service warranties. - Additional work allowance: One not-to-exceed allowance of $5,000 for diagnosis or repairs beyond the initial scope. A written description and itemized estimate, plus prior written Government approval, are required before the work or charges occur. - Performance requirements: Work must be performed within 120 miles of Niceville, Florida, and completed within the stated performance period. The requirement is set aside for small businesses.

Primary Location: 120 miles of Niceville, FL according to PWS
