Description

ICE ERO requires a temporary detention structure to safely house up to 100 detainees of all security levels. The structure shall be located and placed in the area proposed by the contractor within the confines of the existing detention facility. The structures and services shall conform to the most current version of the Performance-Based National Detention Standards 2011, with 2016 revisions. The structure must also meet all American Correctional Association requirements and all applicable DHS/ICE policies and procedures. The contractor shall provide all necessary systems, equipment, supplies, labor, infrastructure, and support of sufficient size and scope to safely house and service a population of up to 100 detainees. The contractor shall meet all requirements outlined in the applicable standards and the performance work statement. The contractor shall provide and install self-sustaining utilities. The temporary structures shall not tie into existing water, sewage, electrical, or other facility infrastructure unless expressly authorized by the Government. The contractor shall provide turnkey housing and medical structures, including flooring and other features necessary to support up to 100 detainees using double-bunk configurations.
