Description
The Town of Danville seeks a qualified firm or consulting team with public sector experience to develop a long-term Master Plan for Oak Hill Park and the adjoining Town-owned Weber Property. The plan will evaluate existing conditions, community and recreational needs, potential uses and improvements, and how the properties can function as a cohesive park system. Work includes community and stakeholder engagement, conceptual alternatives with preliminary cost estimates, a preferred plan, and recommendations for priorities, phasing, implementation, and long-term maintenance.
