Description

The City of Seal Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental review and regulatory permitting support services for the Design Phase of the San Gabriel River Trash Mitigation Initiative. The work supports implementation of a trash interceptor pilot project and includes environmental compliance, permitting, and supporting technical studies to advance the project toward a shovel-ready condition. The procurement is funded in whole or in part by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Community Project Funding award, so federal procurement requirements apply. Proposals are due November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
