The Department of the Navy’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center is seeking specified furniture for USS NEW YORK (LPD-21), delivered to DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ. - Government buyer and delivery office - Soliciting activity: Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Department of the Navy, under NAVSEA. - Delivery destination: DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ, identified in the Statement of Work. - Products requested: 8 total items, with configurations and drawing references detailed in the Statement of Work: - 4 chair assemblies, part number 525-108: aluminum, black upholstery, with pedestal. - 1 chair assembly, part number 525-149: aluminum, black upholstery, without pedestal. - 1 two-drawer legal-size aluminum filing cabinet, part number FCN-23-01. - 1 Type One filing cabinet, part number FCN-23-16. - 1 Type One desk, part number FDN-05-24. - Requirements: Items must be new; refurbished or used parts are not accepted. The supplier must include shipping costs in its quote; shipping is FOB Destination. Delivery is required as soon as possible, by the deadline specified in the Statement of Work. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturer, OEM, or supplier is named in the provided materials.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/ and/or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N5005427Q0002. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2026-01 and the DFARS Change notice 20260507.  The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the Furniture that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new. No refurbished or used parts will be accepted.
