NASA Marshall Space Flight Center is seeking Lighthouse particle-monitoring equipment for Buildings 1 and 2 through a proposed sole-source acquisition. - Procurement status: NASA/NSSC is assessing whether the requirement should be competed and identifies LIGHTHOUSE WORLDWIDE SOLUTIONS, INC. as the intended sole-source provider. This is not a request for quotes, and no award has been made. - Requirement: Two building equipment packages include 8 Apex R05p Ethernet particle counters, 8 four-channel options, sampling probes and accessories, environmental transmitters, and 2 system cabinets with gateways and Ethernet switches. - Software: Two 12-month LMS Express subscriptions are listed, one for each building. - Delivery and location: Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center. The notice does not provide a separate overall period of performance. - Response information: Written capability statements may be submitted for the Government's market assessment. Responses must reference the notice ID; oral submissions and price quotes will not be accepted.

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Particle Counters. 

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to LIGHTHOUSE WORLDWIDE SOLUTIONS, INC,   White City, Oregon 97503-1027, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that LIGHTHOUSE WORLDWIDE SOLUTIONS, INC is the sole provider of Particle Counters

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).

The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334516.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 10/13/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

NOTE:  Quotes received in response to this notice will NOT be considered and will not be evaluated by NASA’s Technical End User Team. We are currently only requesting Capability Statements.
