Description

Orders will be placed as needed, with delivery required within 14 calendar days after receipt of a PGW purchase order; up to 60 calendar days are allowed initially to establish adequate inventory. The initial contract term is November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals at PGW’s discretion. Award is based on the lowest responsive bid, and bidders must provide pricing and lead time and complete, sign, and return the required documents.
