Description

The City of Dayton seeks bids to establish a firm price agreement for commercial glass supplies and installation services for the Recreation user agency. Pricing is to remain firm from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with a possible option, at the City’s discretion, to renew for three additional 12-month periods through October 31, 2030. Electronic PDF bids must be emailed to bids@daytonohio.gov by October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM Dayton local time. Bidders must submit the City’s bid form, a current W-9, and descriptive literature for offered items.
