Description
Carteret County Government is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide chemical and water treatment services for its existing HVAC water systems. The work includes initial system evaluations, routine treatment and testing, inspections, chemical and equipment provision, documentation, and requested emergency or additional services. Systems identified include those at the Courthouse/Jail Complex, Old Administration Facility, and County Detention Center; routine service includes monthly Courthouse cooling tower service and quarterly service for designated closed-loop systems. The initial term runs upon execution through June 30, 2027, with the option for five one-year renewals at the County’s discretion; no minimum quantity of work is guaranteed.
