Description
El Dorado County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide Fiscal Impact Analysis and Public Facilities Financing Plan services for its Planning and Building Department. Services include preparing and reviewing project reports, evaluating and refining Development Agreements, reviewing and developing land-use and public-facility-financing policies, and analyzing financing mechanisms. The County will establish a Qualified List valid for three years from the date of award, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of firms selected or amount of work. Specific assignments may be contracted with a firm selected from the list or competed among at least three firms on the list.
