Description

The Kansas Board of Regents is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for an objective, comprehensive study of how Kansas public higher education can best serve the state in the years ahead. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for one study. The contract period runs from award through December 31, 2027, with the contract start date contingent on full execution. Bidders must be registered and officially invited to the event, and submit a current Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate with their response.
