The testing program covers Willow Lake and River Road equipment on a three-to-five-year cycle, with some critical equipment tested annually; approximately 325 testing hours are estimated through June 30, 2027. The contractor must also be qualified to perform a comprehensive Arc Flash and coordination study of the Willow Lake and/or River Road electrical system when requested.
