The contract is subject to Maryland Tier 1 living-wage requirements. - Contract scale: Maximum compensation is $1,000,000, with no guaranteed minimum work. Typical task orders are estimated at approximately $100,000.

Description

The University of Maryland Global Campus seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, deliver, and maintain AI-enabled learning content and related services for workforce-aligned education initiatives. Short-form workforce-related content is the primary focus; UMGC may also elect to have the selected vendor develop credit-bearing curriculum. The work includes integrating AI into the content development lifecycle and, where applicable, the learner experience, with modular learning assets structured around skills and competencies, multiple learning pathways, and deployment across formats and use cases. Proposals are due November 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
