Description
Ocean County is requesting competitive proposals to provide youth outpatient substance use treatment and recovery services for at-risk youth and youth on probation. Services include developmentally appropriate substance use assessment, education, early intervention, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, recovery support, and family services, coordinated with the youth justice continuum. The stated funding allocation is $58,800, with services billed monthly at a fee-for-service rate. The initial contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, contingent on adoption of the Youth Services Commission 2027–2029 Comprehensive Plan and Application; annual renewals may extend the total term to no more than five years.
