Services must be available in person in Ocean County through a local presence; telehealth may supplement but cannot be the only delivery method. Description

The County of Ocean is seeking competitive proposals for care management services for individuals with substance use disorders, including resource navigation, assessment and care planning, peer support, and comprehensive wraparound and recovery services with family support. The work also includes raising public awareness about substance use disorders and harm reduction, and outreach and education for law enforcement, criminal justice partners, first responders, and healthcare professionals. The selected provider must operate within Ocean County and make in-person services available; telehealth is permitted but cannot be the sole service method. The anticipated funding is $870,000, contingent on availability, and the contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with options for up to two additional one-year renewals.
