This Firm Fixed Unit Price per student Task Order for six (6) integrated, five-day Wilderness Upgrade for Medical Professionals (WUMP) training classes was awarded to NATIONAL OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP SCHOOL on a sole source basis in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 8.4, Part 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and General Services Administration Regulation (GSAR) Part 538.7104-3(a) and (3)(i). Justification is attached.
