Description

The City of Victorville is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, or other service providers to administer a senior housing stability assistance program funded through its Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program agreement with San Bernardino County. The program will support Victorville-connected seniors age 55 and older who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through eligible rental and/or utility assistance, individualized case management, and service coordination. The selected provider must serve at least 10 households and maintain required eligibility and payment documentation, reporting, and HMIS or other approved-system data. The agreement term runs from full execution through December 1, 2027, with a not-to-exceed value of $35,000, subject to available funding and City approval.
