Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is seeking proposals for material processing and recycling equipment and related services for participating public-sector organizations. - Government buyers and participating organizations: Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is acting on behalf of CivicInfo BC, Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA), SARM, AMM, LAS, UMNB, NSFM, FPEIM, MNL, NWTAC, NAM, AYC, and their current and potential members and represented associations. Sourcewell is also identified as seeking a national contracting solution for participating entities. - OEMs and vendors: No equipment OEMs, manufacturers, or equipment vendors are identified by name in the solicitation. - Equipment requested: Stationary and mobile equipment to process, recycle, recover, reduce, separate, screen, sort, or repurpose organic non-food waste, wood and green waste, construction and demolition debris, biomass, compost, mulch, rubber tires, and similar materials. Examples include grinders and size-reduction equipment; whole-tree chippers, shredders, and wood or debris processors; conveyors; screens; tire-processing equipment; compost turners and aeration equipment; and crushers, pulverizers, and breakers. - Related items and technology: Accessories, attachments, replacement and wear parts, supplies, controls, telematics, monitoring and automation technology, software, safety equipment, and complementary technology may be included. - Related services: Installation, setup, commissioning, configuration, integration, training, inspection, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, rebuilding, technical support, field service, and equipment optimization. Proposals may cover equipment alone or provide a turnkey solution; a turnkey approach and single point of responsibility are generally preferred. - Notable scope limitations: Brush, arborist, and hand-fed chippers; stump cutters and other tree-care or vegetation-maintenance equipment; glass or plastic recycling equipment; and products or services covered by specified other Sourcewell solicitations are excluded. - Quantities and part numbers: No quantities, part numbers, or specific equipment models are provided.

Description

Proposals are sought for stationary and mobile equipment used to process, recycle, recover, reduce, separate, screen, sort, or repurpose organic non-food waste, wood and green waste, construction and demolition debris, biomass, compost, mulch, rubber tires, and similar materials. The scope includes processing and screening equipment, conveyors, crushers, shredders, compost turners, and related accessories, parts, supplies, technology, and software. Related services may include installation, commissioning, integration, training, maintenance, repair, technical support, and equipment optimization. Proposals may be equipment-only or turn-key, and the solicitation excludes specified tree-care equipment, glass and plastic recycling equipment, and products or services covered by other Sourcewell solicitations.
