Description

Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is seeking proposals for maintenance and management of the City's Alarm Ordinance Program. The program requires owners of alarm systems, excluding auto, fire, and medical alarms, to register their alarms and obtain an Alarm Permit. The service provider will help ensure alarm users comply with the City ordinance's registration and permit requirements and collect fines for excessive false alarms.
