Description

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is requesting Qualification Statements from qualified design-build firms to provide integrated design and construction services for water and wastewater systems and related infrastructure. The selected firms may undertake projects including new construction, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvements. FPUA intends to establish a pool and enter into one or more master continuing design-build agreements, with project assignments made as needed through specific authorizations, work orders, amendments, or other written authorization. Selection does not guarantee work, and the estimated construction cost for each individual project will be below the applicable continuing-contract limit under Section 287.055, Florida Statutes.
