Description

The Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) is seeking information from qualified consultants and/or entities to assist with the potential development, management, and execution of a comprehensive training program and communities of practice. The program may cover all or selected components and will be tailored to large and small urban and rural public transportation providers in the Commonwealth, as well as other technical and non-technical audiences. It aims to strengthen workforce skills and competencies in line with industry standards and best practices and promote lifelong learning in the transit industry.
