Description
The Request for Bids seeks research and evaluation of risk assessment tools and/or programs for justice-involved individuals to establish a Ministry-specific Vendor of Record arrangement. The Ministry is seeking vendors with expertise in research, statistics, and evaluation to conduct studies for the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General. Work may include developing evaluation plans, analyzing datasets, engaging stakeholders, preparing reports with feasible recommendations, and modifying risk-assessment tool algorithms and evaluating the impact of changes. Personnel must include at least one Lead Evaluator with a relevant master’s or doctoral degree and experience leading at least three evaluation projects or studies.
