Description
The Town of Apex is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms for professional transportation planning, architectural, and engineering services to complete final design for Phase 1 of the Downtown Apex Mobility Hub. Scope may include project administration, community engagement, stakeholder and utility coordination, site and architectural design, construction documents, permitting, construction estimating, and right-of-way or land-acquisition exhibits. The preferred site is near Moore Street and Salem Street, and the design must account for future phases of the mobility hub.
