Roosevelt Way roadway preservation and multimodal safety improvements

The City of Seattle is seeking bids for a federally funded roadway preservation and multimodal safety project on Roosevelt Way NE and Pinehurst Way NE.

Description

The City of Seattle is soliciting sealed electronic bids for preservation work on Roosevelt Way NE from NE 92nd Street to Pinehurst Way NE, and Pinehurst Way NE from Roosevelt Way NE to 15th Avenue NE. Work includes planing the asphalt overlay, replacing select concrete panels and repairing the base, and realigning an intersection at NE 113th Street. Other work includes curb bulbs, ADA-compliant curb ramps, sidewalk restoration, channelization and signing, concrete bike barriers, traffic signals, landscaping, storm drainage, and pedestrian safety improvements. The project also identifies Rebar Installation and Electrical work for the Bidder/Subcontractor list; the engineer’s estimate is $12,500,000–$12,800,000.
