Description
Clear Creek Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for renovations at Brookside, League City, and Space Center Intermediate Schools using the RFCSP method under Texas Government Code Chapter 22.69. Proposals must be submitted through IonWave; mail-in and late responses will not be considered. The base proposal is due November 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, and alternate proposals are due the same day at 3:00 PM CT. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site walk-throughs are scheduled for October 14, 2026, at the District Central Support Facility in Webster, Texas.
