Description

NEOMED is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of roofs 26, 27, 35, and 37 in Rootstown, Portage County, Ohio. Bids will be opened and read aloud and must be submitted to the NEOMED Department of Campus Operations, attention Dale Hluch. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 21, 2026, followed by a site tour; bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The contractor is responsible for project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and other services specified in the Contract Documents.
