Description

Envision Saint John is seeking proposals from qualified consulting teams to assess the Saint John Trade & Convention Centre’s facility standards and market gaps and develop a capital investment business case. The work includes facility benchmarking and inspection, analysis of current performance and governance, stakeholder engagement, and recommendations on partnerships and future governance. The consultant will also prepare order-of-magnitude renovation cost estimates, assess economic impacts and funding opportunities, and deliver reports and a final business case. The stated budget envelope is CAD $100,000, inclusive of fees and disbursements and exclusive of HST; proposals above this amount will not be evaluated.
