Description
The City of Upper Arlington is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional service providers for the 2027–2028 update of the Engineering Division’s On-Call List. The list covers 16 service categories, including roadway, traffic, construction administration and inspection, water and sewer systems, stormwater, engineering, surveying, architecture, and right-of-way acquisition. Selected firms may be included in any number of categories, with no limit on firms per category; specific assignments and scopes will be developed as needed and awarded through individual contracts. The list is effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, and firms are limited to $500,000 in total On-Call assignment fees during that term. SOQs are due October 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
