Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results for its antidumping duty administrative review of certain paper shopping bags from India for the period January 3, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Commerce preliminarily determined that Ckaari Packaging Private Limited and Velvin Packaging Solution Private Limited, Velvin Paper Products, and the Velvin Group made sales at less than normal value. The review is being rescinded in part for seven companies because there were no reviewable, suspended entries during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
