Description
USTR is making a conforming amendment to an additional product exclusion associated with the Section 301 investigation of China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation. The amendment updates the HTSUS provision to reflect changes to statistical reporting categories implemented by the U.S. International Trade Commission. It is effective July 1, 2026, and Customs and Border Protection will issue instructions on entry guidance and implementation.
