Description
Bonneville Power Administration is conducting an expedited rate proceeding under Section 7(i) of the Northwest Power Act to consider limited revisions to its Ancillary and Control Area Services (ACS-26) rate schedules. The changes would provide for suballocation of new or modified Neutrality and Uplift Charges and Credits associated with CAISO’s Energy Imbalance Market. The proposed revisions do not affect current transmission rate levels or power rates, and the proposed effective date is February 1, 2027, subject to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval. The notice also provides for a prehearing conference on October 21, 2026, and opportunities for intervention, objections, and public comment.
